It's 8 hours for a patch that slightly tweaks a few stats and fixes like 2 bugs. It being something I don't care about is irrelevant, it's simply something that shouldn't take anywhere near 8 hours, and like always the servers will go back down a day or 2 later for a follow up patch that fixes some random thing they broke.
