I've just completed this years rising event and I have to say I loved it! not only the lovely little cheap dungeon mini game but the special cut scene we all got afterwards really brought a tear to my eye. I just wanted to make this forum post to say to the whole FFXIV dev team Thank you, not just for the fun event, but also for this incredible game that you all work so hard on every single day! I truly hope this game lives for many many more years to bring us all the happiness we've experienced to far.

I have to say I was barely interested in this after seeing the last 3-5 events, but I'm glad I did this one. Was a lot of fun for me, though I did grow up during the 8-bit era and I have a game out which I've patched 10 times in the past month, this event speaks to me on many levels.

I'll add a "Thank You" here, as well. The notes in the dungeon and the cut scene and the end really tugged on my heartstrings. :P
I love this game and hope it continues for a long time (oh, and Yoshi-P, if you see this, PLEASE take care of yourself. >< the game's fine, pls don't overdo it).
