If you look at the feast leaderboard it's pretty clear which roles that weighs the most heavy.
A good tank might have a 53% win rate while a good healer got 70%.

Maybe lowering the CC resistance time by just a few seconds could make tanks more useful and also allows DPS to capitalize more on oppertunities. Basically would draw down healer win rate a bit and increase the rest.

In opposition to this, I genuinely feel a tank can carry a game, and the difference between a bad tank and good tank is NOTICEABLY different. In regards to CC, as a healer I think this is an awful suggestion (personally). DRK's CC is ridiculously stupid for AST/WHM. Stun, into silence, into pull back renders you unable to cast a single spell for an exceedingly long time, unless you waste your benediction. This is, obviously, lesser so of a problem for SCH due to their lustrates. I was going to suggest lesser CC in regards to DRK, whilst adding some to WAR.
