Deltascape V1.0 (Savage) incorrectly marked as reward received for this week.

I don't know why but as the title states, it's been marked reward received despite me not having completed it this week. I only have 1 datalog in my inventory, and if I had completed it this week, I should have 2. I have video evidence showing that I had a datalog in my inventory last week and can post it if need be. Please help me with this, as I am unable to play with friends who've yet to complete it themselves.

Have you cleared any of the other 3 floors since the reset, before going for v1s?

I did try V2 in practice mode before clearing V1 today. Would that have caused it?

When you cleared o1s, how many chests were available at the end? Also when exactly did you last clear it?

Having searched around myself, it seems that simply entering a later floor will set the previous floors as cleared.

Unfortunately, that'd mean that SE can't really do anything about it.

I didn't clear it this week. That's the problem. It's showing as reward received despite not having cleared it. When I saw reward received, I didn't try to clear it in case it caused everyone to get 1 chest.

until the raid tier is unlocked DO NOT go in higher floors until you have cleared previous ones.
