Penalty for leaving pfed instance

I'm tired of that inpatient people who leave farm parties or clear parties because a silly mistake. People know the fight, but everyone is not immune to make mistakes.
I recommend make a new option in party finder to apply penalty of 30 min if people leave the instance like in df.

Oh please no.
If people join a PF for a specific reason, and the people in that PF are unable to perform well enough to clear/successfully farm the duty, you shouldn't be punished for wanting to leave.

Everyone in PF is expecting a certain quality of play from everyone depending on the duty. If you join a farm, and suddenly a new player bonus pops up, or the DPS is unreasonably bad at either their own DPS, or handling mechanics, we should feel free to leave without penalty.
