    White Mage Final Battle

I am sure there are better strats but we won fine with 5 players. Two ARC's to kite the group of mobs and everyone else on WHM or THM to nuke the mobs.

The key is to move when they stop.

    Anyhoo, good luck!

P.S. - You can change once inside the instance.

Wish we had thought of actually swapped out to a different class once we were inside the instance. We ended up having kiting a few of the elementals while the others would just focus burn one after another. Did find out the hard way how painful they are when they stop though ^.^

Raptors are sight-aggro, so if you just stay away from their front side you are safe.
Other monsters are few, so just rush past them

    About the fight:
We went as 8 WHM and tried to Holyburn them down which brought most close to death, used our MP reg skill (don't know the name in English) and nuked the rest to death.

You might want to kite them around a bit though if your MP do net regen fast enough to kill them before they attack.

I had a group of 4 others help me. WHM, PLD, BRD, DRG, and MNK.

PLD kited all of them around the giant circle, and we picked off one by one. It's easier this way because when he's kiting, the elementals can't use their spells since they can't move and cast xD take that elementals.

Just make sure the kiters doesn't leave the instance.

This was an oddly interesting yet extremely simple battle.

I went in with a party of 7 adventurers, we were all White Mages, eager to get our last and final piece. Once we were in, we casted Protect and Stoneskin upon ourselves (multiple times as we are all so used to taking care of our party, and forgot to co-ordinate).

I then moved ahead and targetted one, and unleashed aeroga. This affected them all and brought their health down a notable notch. Meanwhile the rest of the party did the same.

I followed up with a stonega, and a holy, as did the rest of the party. By the time the light cleared and I could see again, there was but one left. A quick cast of aero and stone and it was gone.

Total time must of been literally less than 2 minutes we were in there. Half of it buffing and being shocked at how easily we were able to vanquish them.

Yes indeed, a White Mage is most capable of protecting themself.

I also did the kite strategy. Just make sure the kite-er doesn't get slept or incapacitated in any way, and you are golden. It doesn't matter if they're a tank or a WHM. We've used both. This fight is actually REALLY easy when compared to most of the job final battles that I have helped with. Some final quests require, hands-down, a party of eight people. I believe we did this one with 5... and it was easy. I know another group that trio'd it.

If you do this with melee, make sure to get mileage out of your Aerora and Dispel Shock Spikes. It makes a big difference and if you have a PGL/MNK along they can murder the Thunder, Fire, and Ice elementals.

We Fanned out around the mobs while the tank stood in the center, With the Elementals. The DD would then attack them in a predetermined order. When they would cast their AOE we were already spread out enough that the dmg did not hurt all of us and WHM could focus on the hurt. Worked out great! 2 WHM, PLD, 3BLM, DRG, BRD was our setup.

Just did it with 5 people 1/1. 2 WHM, 1 ARC, 1 BLM, 1 PLD.

PLD ran in circles while we each picked them off according to the order listed above. Granted, we died, a lot, but we still recovered. We had like 2 minutes on the timer left, too XD

Hell of a time though. My favorite fight (fun factor) so far.
