PSA: Remember what your main stat is

I don't know if it's because jump potions, potd, or people straight up being bad, but I've seen a lot of players running around in gear (accessories specifically) that aren't for their main job.

STR isn't going to do much for healers and neither will DEX for melees. That CP ring might fill that last slot, but unless the boss requires a knitted sweater you're better off heading to the MB or vendor.

STR - DRG, SAM, MNK
DEX - BRD, MCH, NIN
INT - BLM, SMN, RDM
MND- WHM, AST, SCH
VIT- DRK, PLD, WAR

Granted, there's debate for tank accessories, but I'll leave that to the experts. This list is a general introductory guide.

Because this isn't A bad player.

This is many many bad players who think its ok to wear healing gear on their dps. idk how many times I've checked people who have poopoo dps or cant heal worth a hoot and they have the wrong gear on.

I came to say the same thing basically. You are giving a PSA to people, where the people that need it are unlikely to come to the forums. I really be shocked if someone that does not put the effort in gearing properly will come to the forums. SE needs to make better gear gating, that is the only way to fix this.

They come to the forums all the time. They ask for nerfs, they cry foul on people who try saying they are elitists and complain when they get booted out of dungeons for this very thing. They sadface about how poorly they are treated and make even more threads about how its there sub not yours. So they do come here, in droves.
