I can understand where you're coming from, Iron. Although PVP may be a nice way to level Alt classes, I do know people are trying to work hard to get the rewards from this season (although I'm not one of them).

Personally, I think that if the EXP from ranked matches isn't removed, that it be reduced some.

The problem is that it already is low compared to the exp rewards from the other 2 modes and yet people is still going in. At this point exp rewards are not even the problem. Back in season 1 (a better season by far) you couldn't even go with another character below lvl 60 because you would be missing skills and stats, this prevented people from going in with sub lvl 60 characters and made the season far better.

Game looks pretty even to me. Looks like you all were winning at the start, The healer maybe died first and you retreated. Then your team got 2 kills, maybe 3 kills, after/including their healer. You had an early lead. You picked up medals, as well as the DRG and SMN, then the other team came back on you because the healer couldn't heal all of you with medal stacks. The opposing tank also probably CC'd your teammates leading to kills.

Or it could have been a back and forth. Either way that match could have been won and you all clearly put some work in. Yeah your healer died twice and picked up no medals. But without a results screen I can't say whether they were brand new or on an alt.

You are correct being able to get EXP from ranked pvp is indeed an issue. But its impossible to tell with both teams having kills, (Their healer died too, everyone on their team except the tank died once.), if that had anything to really do with the outcome of this match.

Try to switch to healing for a few matches. You'll see so many things from a new perspective which you've never noticed as a tank. Melee line-of-sighting and die because you can't heal him behind the wall. They blame you! Enemy dps and tank bursting you with damage and status effects and you get zero help from your teammates, like stuns so you can recover. You die and they blame you! Marking you as ignore and spamming Nice Job. Hmmm, maybe that lost is not entirely healer's fault if his team don't help him. Because that's what usually happens.

It happen from time to time. You are riding the queue with a large variance of skill levels so you will get matches where 3/4 to the full party get out played. You can't really exclude them because there is always someone better who can make a player you think is good look worse. If it's happening too often take a break for a while or try playing at a different time of day.

You're almost out of inventory space. I feel ya man even with the extended inventory we're still pack rats at heart. Yoshi P save us.

Yeah it sucks to lose but it's going to happen. There's going to be a lot of new blood in PVP which will have some growing pains. I do get paired up with teammates who aren't that strong in PVP and make a lot of mistakes. Sometimes it'll cost us the match, sometimes we'll scrape by, and if we lose you just need to make like a Warrior and Shrug It Off. I'm sure the devs are working on refining PVP time goes by, and match making should be on their list.

Dude I'm telling you, if we all had more inventory space we wouldn't be so stressed out. But the real monster here is our inability to hoard so many items that'll never need or use.
