EDIT
You know what? Forget it. No need to get so salty.
But srsly if you don't have any clue how to heal and decide to go 4v4 ranked just to level up, just staph.
Someone close this or whatever, I have no idea how to.

It doesn't matter. He could care less about the experience he is getting, hes playing WHM because he wants to play whm in pvp, if he was level 70 on whm he would probably be just as bad still, it makes zero difference.

If I want to play pvp with a class I have zero experience with I go to frontlines or practice 8v8. Why on earth would you choose going to ranked 4v4?
i'm doing ranked feast only to get my whm to 70 one day, leave exp there !
It's distinctly possible that you got destroyed because no one on your team appeared to be picking up medals or attacking Heavy Medal targets. Not everything is some random sub-70 healer's fault. You're synced up to 70 in feast. Level does not matter.
It is also possible that someone disconnected and dropped medals, that the servers lagged and that someone was just trolling. We are not talking about possibilities here, I am showing the screenshot of someone with zero experience as a WHM queuing in ranked 4 v 4 and getting killed almost out of the door because he has no idea what he was doing.
And if just to discard on of your possibilities, no one picked up medals because we only got 3 kills before the other team realized the WHM was lvl 31 and started focusing him constantly to the point when he would just spawn and die over and over.
And yes, almost every sub 60 (not even 70) healer has no idea what they are doing. Again, not possibilities, facts.

And you know it wasn't an alt... how? That this was their first healer how? Focusing and harassing the other teams healer is not an uncommon strat. I've done ranked feast with no healer at all and didn't get as roflstomped as your team apparently did. If you saw your healer was being harassed maybe help them out? Or harass their healer in return? Your actual character's level has nothing to do with your feast stats, again that gets synced up so everyone has the same level stats. I don't actually think the game shows you your opponents level in the first place.
Also that still doesn't explain really why y'all couldn't focus Heavy medal targets or harass the other team's healer. Or heck, one of you coulda switched to healer yourself if the WHM was so bad. It's a team game. You can't blame everything on just one member.
You don't play feast ranked do you? You clearly have no idea what you are saying. Also that still doesn't explain really why y'all couldn't focus Heavy medal targets or harass the other team's healer. No Mav is right, that one stacked range was an easy target. That game was 100% still winnable, there were still 3 minutes left... you had a ton of time to kill the one stacked range that'll die if you sneeze on them... plenty of time to kill the healer and follow up with a melee kill... instead of complaining about a game that's not over yet how about you actually help and peel for your healer instead of crying and throwing a tantrum once things look grim. Your healer has 3 deaths, after the second you should've realized "Hey my healer is having trouble keeping themselves up, maybe I should cc their dps to try and minimize as much dps as possible, maybe I should shield and give our healer some breathing room."
