My whisp mount and manjimutt are gone

As the title says ive tried support tickets and i tried in game support nobody has helped the issue has been here for a while. I did the event when i moved into my apartment i used my phones hotspot to log in using all my data to make sure i got the event done ill afmit it wasnt the super cool whisp mount it was the basic one but it was mine. You had already used the items to active the mount/minion? If yeah and you had already been able to use those mount/minion before I think best bet is to submit a ticket or request a GM because they don't really help for that sort of thing in this forum, more for general game issues. But if you didn't use the items before make sure you check retainers for the keys.

I did use em and i asked a gm for help they told me to post on forums ;.; i know i used em cus i was flyin with it durin event while my friend flaunted his glowing one
