I myself had to come to the forums for a hint, and when I did I pretty much kicked myself because it was so obvious. It's a puzzle, not discrimination. Why does everything have to be about discrimination? I don't wanna live on this planet anymore...

Holy Moly... 10 pages of this discussion... I cannot bear to read the rest of the article...
I already see the OP did their best to deal with the problem on the first page; and I'm sure that the problem's already solved by now, and even then it's only a one-time problem. Perhaps it's the OP's fault for calling it "discrimination"... do be careful next time.
We should be helping them to overcome their problems, not to play victim, discriminate or dramatize our beloved players. Come now, let's calm ourselves down. Let us not forget the that we are a healthy community and do our part.![]()

I think we would have been far more receptive to that if the OP had not been so abrasive towards everyone that responded to this thread, and was basically saying that their disability was more important than someone else's because someone else's was potentially curable/treatable. They also stated that they did not want to ask for help, or accept any sort of help from the playerbase with regards to the puzzle. I have no qualms helping people, but don't bite the hand that's trying to feed you.Holy Moly... 10 pages of this discussion... I cannot bear to read the rest of the article...

The only one that was playing the victim here was the OP, to be quite frank. This community is extremely nice and helpful (in my experience), but I don't think they would feel inclined to help someone who talked to them the way OP talked to some of us in this thread.

Perhaps the vicious circle could come to end if people did not resort to that first when they encounter a problem. First accept that mmos cannot accomadate all types of players and eventually you'll find aspects that trip/displeases you. Then work/find a solution by asking the community without prejudice.Holy Moly... 10 pages of this discussion... I cannot bear to read the rest of the article...

But no. I guess its easier to shout than to speak.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
This thread has so much "self-entitlement" in it, that I no longer see where should "discrimination" fits in. OP, people cope with their disability, they don't sit and whine for the world to revolve around them.
millennial's and their "omg if i don't get everything I want even if it means you don't" attitudes.
Maybe you could see if Bernie Sanders could force SE to take all the hard core raiders gear and divide it evenly among everyone, even if they don't raid.
If that doesn't work you could call them all Nazi's or racist and tear down the statues in all the towns.
and if you don't get the gear then you could protest in town because they are all mean and your not , then physically assault everyone with your cellphone out ready for them to throat punch you and record it, then you could post the last three seconds of the video on the forums and play the victim card.
that's pretty much how everything else works.
good luck

I have dyslexia, and I did it. Yes it was confusing, but it's not discrimination. All you have to do is take a screenshot of both rooms, and you can figure it out. I'd rather not get a free pass, just because I'm disabled. That wouldn't encourage me to work for things, and would just undermine my potential capabilities. I'm not braindead, or incable of learning.

I feel like this is very well-said. A lot of people that I know with disabilities would much rather be treated just like anyone else; they do not demand special treatment just because they have this condition or that disorder or whatever malady. On a more personal note, this goes for myself as well. I don't want to be seen as different from anyone else, regardless of what I may or may not suffer from.I have dyslexia, and I did it. Making the game accessible to those that are color blind, partially blind, brain damaged, and etc. makes sense. Accessibility is very important, but the key difference here is that the event is accessible. More time should be put into people who literally cannot do mechanics, because they can't function enough to understand that they are there.
This thread becomes objectively less believable as it progresses.
