1. Invoke Main Menu.
2. Select Character -> Achievements.
3. Select "Quests" category and highlight "Levequests" sub-category.
4. Browse through the Achievements and find either "With Axe in Hand V" or "With Pick in Hand V".
5a. Notice that "With Axe in Hand V" achievement have pickaxe icon. Additionally is located directly below "With Pick in Hand IV" achievement and shares exactly the same progress.
5b. Notice that "With Pick in Hand V" achievement have axe icon. Additionally is located directly below "With Axe in Hand IV" achievement and shares exactly the same progress.
