Lets go through your ideas one by one.

Gil or Mogstation = pay to win. Strictly a no.

Red scrips isn't bad but it would have to be diminishing returns. As in one extra leve would have to cost more than the highest returns for one HQ levequest item, otherwise its broken.

Beast tribes could work but it would have to be the crafting tribes only. Perhaps the reward for all three turnins / day would get you one, perhaps each turnin would get one. That would be a balance issue.

Dungeons... there were crafting dungeons in XI through the moblin maze makers. The whole MMM thing was a one month wonder. I would love to see crafting and gathering dungeons here but don't expect to. Diadem offered gathering and crafting options, the crafting options were the least utilized and diadem itself was a bit of a flop.

The best we can reasonably hope for is that SB beasttribes will be released soon and that there will be a crafting one.
