    Since I live on the east coast of the states, I've not really been affected that hard, if you ignore that I'm up until 3am or so anyway. If you ask me, Europe has always been the one to get screwed since the times for the states means that Europe's kinda screwed in the morning/midday.

    Not really. Maintenances in Europe were at like 7am to 11-12pm, no prime time at all. Most ppl are at work or school. Old maintenances were both good for EU and NA imo.
