    Succor Refresh PLZ

    WHM Medica II , when cast, will refresh the buff, however SCH Succor does not refresh, is there any way you can change that ? Can I start a petition for this ?

    Galvanize will only refresh if the amount you restore by is more than the amount before it otherwise it's pointless replacing a barrier with one that's weaker.
