I have been trying for two weeks to get my retainer into the market wards. I'm sick and tired of paying 500 gil every day while players leave their soul-less retainers selling nothing but a malm kelp for 999,999,999 gil wasting a space in the wards.
Now, Selbina is heavily populated. I know that some of you may not have this problem. But I shouldn't have to spend 45 minutes clicking the damn button to summon my retainer, crossing my fingers that I'll get lucky and someone will summon their retainer out of the ward from a bell god knows where. And before you even criticize, yes, I check EVERY WARD EVERY DAY trying to get a spot so I can stop paying 500g daily.
Proposed solutions?
1. As others have suggested, link all 3 cities so that any retainer in any ward in ANY CITY can be placed and goods purchased wherever you are.
2. Multiple instances of the same ward.
3. When a player goes to summon a retainer, if the ward is full, kick the first player's retainer from the ward. For example, player 1 summons their retainer. Next, players 2-200+ summon their retainers until the ward capacity is reached. Player 201 goes to summon their retainer and player 1's retainer is kicked. This gives a natural cycle giving your retainer maybe 3-5 days of life in the ward.
PICK ONE. IMPLEMENT IT. PLEASE.
I think this should take priority over addressing the QQ's of players who can't handle walking around fucking trees.
This complaint is null if AH is coming at any point before 2.0. Otherwise, I think this is a priority fix.
