you guys need to chill out. The best possible remedy for this issue is to make HNM trigger popped.

Example, you farm for pop triggers in instance raids and let them drop from the NM's and bosses. The effects, everyone participating in content and working towards a goal. No silly dumb camping and afk'ing wasting time for hours.

edit: in addition, let the triggers be key items or rare/ex, untradeable that disappears upon use.
