Lucid Dreaming aggro

Hey guys im working on o4s almegast after the aggro reset and I wanted to know how does exactly lucod dreaming works, cause is not specified in detail.
Does it cut your aggro by half at the moment used?
Does it make all your skills casted while active generate half aggro?

It cuts down you agro the second you use it. So if you're a dps use Diversion that prevents agro from building( not cutting it in half) use that during the agro reset.

Yes, your life as WHM in O4S Neo depends on good Lucid use. Ninjas and tanks can also help control this a bit, whether its Smokescreen/Shadewalker support during the pull and Grand Cross resets as-applicable. Tank swaps with shirk to transfer aggro leads when appropriate helps too.

Absolutely WHM should use Lucid before Earth Shaker. If you have a PLD they should just cover you anyway in-case you still hit#2 on aggro and have to do the mechanic. Both of you will live no problem.

O4S's grand cross hate reset is a team effort and it's definitely worth checking with your tanks as to their preference as I've seen very two distinct styles of handling this.

Lucid Dreaming cuts your enmity by half, then adds a small amount of enmity for applying a self buff, so in the end you end up with a little bit more than half what you started with. Any action that applies a self buff generates this small amount of enmity. Tactician and Refresh work the same way.

In contrast, Diversion adds the small amount of enmity from applying a self buff, but afterwards all actions only generate half the enmity they normally would.

OT can just use provoke on the previous aero 3 to get himself up to MT aggro. But Lucid helps anyways.
