Ice elementals' repose

This is not a localization issue nor a bug, but i think this is the right place: repose now it's a sleep ability, but ice elemental still use the old repose (the one with bind).
Since that ability is now gone, elementals should have the spell swapped too

Patch notes stated that mobs would retain the older version of spells and abilities even if they differed from the current incarnation of user skills. Stuck with it for now...

Yeah, probably stuck with it till v2.0 unless Ferne weaves some of his black magic!

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know I passed word of this along to the proper authorities. Unfortunately, due to the amount of QA'ing involved, we won't be able to squeeze it in for 1.20b, but it should be something we can have fixed well before 2.0.
