The one in my local area (Lancaster) isn't awful.

The one that recently opened in my own area (Dorset) really leaves something to be desired. What's worse is that after my brother ate there after me we're suddenly getting their pamphlets shoved into our mail every week. Should get those stopped sometime.

I'm Australian (Perth, WA to be precise) and I agree with Jybril, I think you are getting upset over something trivial as a mere promotion for the game to attract new players (it's a full copy of the game and expansions that is being included in this offer, not bonus items for players). Existing/veteran players have had 4 years of constant rewards for subscribing and playing the game (and we're getting more as well - the Fly the Falcon campaign for one), so existing players are hardly 'missing out'.

Wanting more goodies for playing is not wrong, it's how you've gone about it that is - attacking the developers and insulting them not only will not get you what you want, you're also liable to get a ban as well. Maybe turn down the vitriol and SE might listen to you. As otherwise, you're more likely to just be ignored.

I'm really sorry if it seems like I am attacking you as I'm not, it's just I too am an Aussie player and I do not share your opinions on this (and wanted to SE and the forum to know this, that I actually think it's a good way to promote the game here in Australia).
