    Inability to Unlock Lakshmi EX

    I have beaten the MSQ and am level 70. I know that I'm supposed to talk to the Wandering Minstrel npc. When I talk to him, he speaks a couple lines of dialogue then nothing happens. Nothing changes no matter how many times I speak to him. I don't have access to the trials either. How do I fix this...?

    where are you talkign to him, it's not the minstrel in Mor Dhona but in Kugane near the summoning bell

    Never mind, the incredibly stupid interface was the issue. There was no indication that ONLY THESE TWO instances were part of a completely separate menu in the duty finder. That is horribly non-intuitive and extremely poor change to have implemented.

    Current high-end duties go into the raid finder section instead of the general DF. Once things are not part of the current highest endgame, they move down to regular DF section and are unlocked for solo queue matchmaking.
