IMO I think all cash shop purchases in regards to minions, mounts, glamours, emotes should be account wide to all characters on the account while keeping consumables such as dyes and fantasia and furnature items as single character per purchase. Though the bigger annoyance to me is that if I make an alt on the same world as my main my alt doesn't have access to my house on my main or an easier way to transfer things from 1 character to another since I haven't found a way to mail anything to an alt either after making one as an experiment.

All of this stuff should really be account based except the consumables. There's no acceptable excuse for character locking this stuff. And before anyone comes in and tries to educate me on economics, I'm well aware of the business case - though I think account locking with a lower price tier for single character versions has a better business case. Regardless, the business case is not an acceptable excuse for the anti-consumer pricing and usage limitations imposed on MogStation items.
