[Aether][Gilgamesh][LFM][HC] New evening static LF quality players

I'm looking to form a new hardcore static dedicated to clearing content in a timely manner. This static is mainly for current raiders who are stuck on O4S.

Please read the entire post and the first reply before contacting me.

The current job opening are for:
1x Melee DPS (NIN/DRG)
1x Ranged DPS (BRD/MCH)
1x Caster DPS (RDM/BLM/SMN)

Minimum requirements:

• ALWAYS be on time.
• Have clear experience for O1S, O2S and O3S.
• Raid awareness.
• Personal performance awareness.
• Must be able to communicate with the rest of the group.

The current raid days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The starting time is 9:00 PM EST.

Expectations:

• If you're not going to be available to raid on a scheduled day, you must make that clear as soon as possible.
• You will put effort into making the static succeed and will not simply ride the raid train. You might be asked to come help with trailing new members if necessary.
• If you have issues with other members of the static, you must inform me and make effort to overcome them.
• We expect that you'll be available for the current raid tier. If you plan on leaving before the next major patch, please make this clear.
