The patch notes open up with this sentence:

Patch 4.06a offers a number of adjustments to PvP actions based on player feedback.

If this is the case, they've missed the mark by a mile, but I am glad to see they're making some effort to change PvP abilities this soon into the season.

There are a few big things that have to be addressed...

1) How the Medal system is absolutely terrible and anyone taking more than 1 stack pretty much means guaranteed death.

2) The low power level of Astrologian vs SCH & WHM.

3) Giving Stun and Silence to Ninja when the other DPS have no CC at all. Why nerf Monk so much and then shift an equal, if not better, amount of power level to Ninja?

I hope the Live Letter that's coming in a few days will provide some more information about the combat changes in 4.1 for PvP. I'd like to end on what this patch did right.

WAR gets a Stun.
DRK Power Slash reduction.
MNK damage nerf.
DRG Battle Litany CD reduced.
All ranged DPS HP increase.
Regen & Adlo reapplication changes.
