Zhexos, it's almost 2 months since migration. Any news on South America 310ms issue?

We are near 2 months since servers migration. Our ISPs related to Telefónica in South America are being traced through Europe with more hops than the usual , adding a total of 120ms average to our 180-190ms (before migration).

I know this game is facing some critical issues regarding DDoS attacks, congestion which is also related to connectivity - it is not directly related to ping but still - issues, but at least we want to know if you guys are aware of this issue and you're trying to solve it.

I don't want to pay extra cash to get back to my 190ms, and I don't want to stop playing a game that I like.

Check my first feedback on your pinned thread. This is the issue every South American is facing on the routing to your servers since SE moved their locations.

It will be nice to hear a word on this issue. SA players seemed to be more than patient and unlike the EU players they don't have other server options to reduce this horrendous ping.

Careful, bumping threads is frowned upon and could be seen as a breach of forum rules (spam). If nobody has replied to your thread then there is no interest.

Mudfish and it works. But this isn't the idea. 90% of our region that has this ISP is facing this issue and some people doesn't know about this. Also, is not in the interest of SE for us to resource to these kind of 3rd party solutions. 2 months and I think everybody here is just more inclined to think that is even more not in SE interest to help "such a little" playerbase. One could mention Australia case but this one isn't the same, because there you just can't do nothing about geographic distance. Our case is a routing error that can easily be fixed if SE as a company contacted Telefónica and tell them something I've already ELI5.

I'm really sorry but somehow I'll keep insisting on these. Sadly, the majority of our region players doesn't come here to see this, and the few that does, prefer to be silent and just wait which is fine. I'm just trying to do something.
