It's not a board game haha. its a Live Action Escape-Room game.

Usually they lock you (and some other players you brought with you) in a room, and you have to solve various puzzles to eventually unlock the door to get out. Like finding a note that leads you to a specific book on a bookshelf.. that book would be hollowed out and contain a key that opens a trunk in the room.. that trunk would have a special flashlight that reveals a message on the wall when you turn out the lights, etc. Little puzzles like that, eventually leading to you being able to "escape the room"

This one is like that, only themed with Final Fantasy XIV. Each player is given a Job and "skills" and has to solve various puzzles or tasks to 'defeat bahamut'

Sounds like fun. But honestly so does a XIV board game :P And a tactics board game... ._.
