Crash direct x 11

[Misukisama]

Depuis quelques jours à quelques semaines j'ai des crash direct x 11 plutôt fréquemment.
ça fait plus d'un an que j'utilise le même matériel sans problème
Et je précise que j'ai des problèmes uniquement sur ff14, tout mes autres jeux fonctionnement sans problème.
J'ai essayé de relancer sous directx 9 et les crash surviennent toujours.
Date et heure : 23/08/17 vers 13 heures (dernier crash..)
Fréquence : plusieurs fois par jour
Monde : Cerberus
Nom du personnage : Angelika Alperona
Nom du PNJ : aucune
Nom du monstre : mob étage 51 PdM
Classe/niveau : MRG 55 (dernier crash)
Équipe ou seul : Equipe 4
Race : Miqote
Heure dans le jeu : aucune idée
Région et coordonnées : palais des morts

Étapes (pour le dernier crash) :
1. je lance la fil du palais des morts
2. je proc/accepte
3. chargement se fini sans problème particulier
4. je tab le premier mob et lance à-coup
5. Crash, écran noir. Pas de bruit particulier pour mon ventirad, carte graphique etc..
6. tout se rétabli (pour ce crash là au moins) et je relance le jeu

Wow, c'est peut-être une coincidence, mais j'ai moi aussi eu droit à de nombreux crash ces derniers jours. De même, crash en dx11 comme dx9. DX11 avait déjà posé problème sur ma machine, mais sous dx9 aucun soucis...ce n'est plus le cas:/ J'ai eu droit au premier crash il y a 3 jours de celà et depuis, ben c'est en boucle et à n'importe quel moment. J'ai eu droit à 2 crash consécutifs pendant que je combattait le rang S Okina, au autre sur Senmurv...et ce soir en plein chargement pour la roulette défi. J'ai également eu un crash alors que je sortait de ma maison en Lavandière.
Je tourne sous Windows 10, processeur Amd fx8300( 8 coeurs) 16go ram ddr3 et gpu nvidia gtx970. J'utilise cette machine depuis plusieurs mois également, pas eu de soucis récemment, pas de màj windows ou drivers graphiques...j'ai également fait un test anti virus-malware(au cas ou) et résultat négatif. Du coup, je ne vois pas trop ce qui explique ces crash soudain. Je pensait que ma machine était la cause, mais au vu du message précedant, j'ai un doute.

Hello ! Bonne nouvelle j'ai resolu le probleme, ca arrive a cause de la derniere MaJ ff14 qui rentre en conflit avec la GTX 970 (la seul relation existant entre toutes les personnes ayant ce crash)
Le truk c'est de dl un logiciel type DDU et supprimer TOUS les drivers existant de la CARTE GRAPHIQUE.
Tu reboot ton pc,
Tu re dl le dernier driver disponible (ou tu fais comme moi tu re DL GeForce Experience et il le fait tout seul.)
Et voila depuis que j'ai fais ca plus de crash !

Edit : la solution vient pas de moi bien evidemment mais d'un post reddit, comme je suis sur mon tel dans le train je ne peux pas le citer désolé!

Il serait peut être temps que SE accepte que ce soient eux qui font crasher direct X et voient avec Nvidia pour mettre un pilote qui corrige les soucis de directX11 de FFXIV ...

Retour d’expérience : J'avais le même problème que l'auteur du sujet et j'ai essayer la méthode de Misukisama. Depuis 10 jours, aucun crash de l'application due à directX11 =)
Mais étant passer au préalable par le support, je confirme également qu'aucune de leurs solutions proposés n'a eu d'effet :/
