    Steel Peak change for MNK

    As it stands we already have a really nice suite of oGCD abilities to use in the form of Shoulder Tackle, Howling Fist and Elixir Field. When compared to the AOE damage and stun (respectively) these abilities bring, it pales in comparison so I fail to see it's place among these aforementioned skills.


    I propose the following change: Steel Peak guarantees a stack of Meditation or at a bare minimum acts as a guaranteed critical hit (as a weaponskill rather than an ability) towards alleviating some of the RNG.


    I'm leaning towards the first idea as it adds some planning/surety to the combat Meditation system.

    Thoughts?

    Would be fine, but for a 40 sec cd, I don't know if that would be interesting enough x) Maybe give it some debuff instead that interacts with chakra to at least get a bit more synergy with abilities, I dunno...

    ... They definitly need to add something to it. oGCD single target with just potency on a 40 sec cd feels... meh And it's not even that high hitting!

    Even with that additional effect, there's hardly a correct situation to use it other than 'immediately off cooldown.' Maybe any openers that involve using it before unloading your TFC gets modified to using it after, but that's it.
