Free Companies recruitment in game

Many people dislike FC recruitment shouts, tell spam, invitation spam. It would make gaming experience for many players better
I would like to see a board in game where you can use certain keyword to find the FC that fits you best. I would like to see this for raid groups also. I can see this as a board displayed in each citie next to the GC for example

Filters:
Standing: The Maelstrom - The order of the twin adder - The immortal flames
Active: Always Weekdays Weekends
Display Free Company Slogan, Display Active Members, Rank 1-8
Airships: None, 1-4
Housing: No Estate or plot, Plot, Estate Built, Mansion, Medium, Small
Focus: RP, casual, hardcore, dungeons, guildheists, trials, raids, pvp

Seeking:

DPS: Melee DPS, Rng DPS, Mag Rng DPS, Phys Rng DPS

Speaking as a Free Company Leader I agree wholeheartedly with this, there should be a FC finder I dislike having to use shout or tells to recruit as I feel it pesters people.
You could say it is most ungentlemanly for a agent of inquiry or inspector extraordinaire to engage in such acts. In all seriousness while I refrain from random invites had we an actual fc finder there'd be less people doing this and I implore that this be implemented at some point.

The community asked for this feature both during ARR and HW, but was always met with silence from Square Enix. I agree with you OP, this would be a handy feature, something that should be in every mmorpg.
