A difference of playstyles

Difference of playstyles should not be considered a generic valid excuse to kick someone.

I was doing duty roulette expert on RDM (ilvl 313) last night and got Ala mhigo as a dungeon. Party consisted of tank, healer and Ninja. All was fine up to the first boss, I died due to getting hit by the front cannon while trying to avoid lock on (I don't like running around like an idiot for this attack) after the the group kills the boss the healer raises me which I cancel and return back to the beginning.
Before I have even got back to the group the tank has pulled the next 5 packs of mobs. With a large amount of mobs and me being on RDM my first though is they want me to LB the pack, which I do and get killed by the AOE's in the attempt. I return back to the beginning so not to cause the healer any stress. After the 5 packs get killed I was just kicked from the dungeon without no warning. I will admit that about half the materia dropped to me but it's not like I have control over that?

I would love to report these people but I fear it's considered “a difference of playstyles” which reading other posts in the forum is considered a valid reason to kick someone.
