Whats with the drop rates SE?

I found keys for coffers drop most during Rain. Anyone else see this?

Yes some seem to drop ALOT more durring rain and some drop durring dry times. The wolves NM drops during the day well over 50% of the time and the dragon(sipahee turban) drops durring the rain? I can't remember which but I know there was deffinetly a big difference when weather changed.
