    Good news came in my e-mail today!
    NA support actually followed up from my previous inquiry to them.

    "Dear customer,

    We have confirmed that tickets being shipped to Japanese addresses will be sent within the next 7-10 business days. We apologize we could not provide this information in our original reply as we had yet to determine when the shipping would take place.

    SQUARE ENIX Suppot" (oops they missed an 'r' XD)

    Hopefully all of you who previously messaged NA support will get similar from them!
    Still feels like it's cutting it close, honestly. But at least the tickets are moving.

    what is is mean by sent to Japanese address? Does your shipping address is Japan?
    I am now in South Korea so..I am little worried..

    They didn't gave me any emails yet.

    what part did you sent your support?

    SquareEnix online store? or SquareEnix Merchandise? or SquareEnix Music?

    Hi guys, has anyone else received their shipping confirmation? I'm heading for Japan on the 16th and I'm getting really worried I won't be able to receive it on time. Purchased on the 7th of June, shipping to Singapore.

    And how did you guys contact them by the way? I tried SQEX online store support but they said they couldn't do anything about it.

    Velvet- Yes, my shipping address is in Japan. They must be replying to me with that information because I told them that the ticket is going to Japan.


    I contacted NA Square Enix support (selecting 'Official Forum' and 'General' as the categories), and JP Square Enix support. I messaged NA support around Aug 11, and JP support Aug 22.

    Aug 18 I got the reply from NA support saying that they don't know anything.
    Aug 27 I got a reply from NA support saying that tickets are on the way (that I posted above).
    Aug 31 I got a reply from JP support, saying that tickets will be shipped in the next week.

    Because I never got a reply from NA Square Enix Store, I don't know how much help they will be. And as Sifo said, it seems like they still aren't much help.

    Try messaging NA support and, hopefully, they'll be able to help!

    As I was sitting here writing this post, my ticket got delivered! It is in my hands at last! o.o!
    I never got a shipping notice for it. It just showed up...

    I wish the best to all of you who still need to get their tickets, especially if you need to check the address with Square!

    It's weird that it took them this long to get their act kind-of together. It's weird that they aren't giving everyone delivery notices. (deathstix got one from FedEx, even before an email from Square, but I didn't.) Heck, it's weird that during buying the ticket there was no confirmation of the date and time, and even now, outside of the delivery package itself, there is no identifying information that this is 'my' ticket. Even though winning the lottery was exciting, next time I'll go through the proper Japanese ticketing companies.

    Hello guys, want to update mine too!!

    I have received my ticket yesterday!!!! It is Square Enix Japan that send me this ticket (I live in Japan), so probably it takes longer time to other country.

    It is a thin ticket inside a square enix envelope, so make sure you don't miss it!
