is "the Diadem" dead?

hi all,

Just wondering why. i wait more than 20m without being able to join diadem, in peak times. is anyone else experience this? avg wait time is 30m..

With all the nice rewards, i mean materia and crafting items, why don't people go farm this anymore? i realise the grind is boring. but it's it the same as most other activities like dungens with new textures or normal gathering?

Because they go in premades so randoms that do half the work they do don't jack all the drops.

Premades. Lot of people do it with their FC or in Party Finder groups not random DF.

Pretty much as said, to many people go in and ninja the items while gathering items so pre-mades are just safer.

Diadem was dead as soon as they decided that DF groups couldn't roll need on stuff.

Went in to Diadem on Saturday with a premade and we were the only non-gathering party in there. It was pretty sad, we didn't even get tracks once.

The amount of Daidem parties should increase as the weeks go on. As more as more players get Lore and Midas gear, more players should start farming spoils for Tier V materia.

Fairly certain since day of release you can df Diadem, no?
I know i have dfed it before, or at least was in queue for like an hr until i said the heck with it
I really only want Pegasus......
