Meta DPS Traits and Additionals

I've been switching between melee and range dps, and I have been curious as to what others roll with as far as traits and additional actions go. Is your build defensive or offensive?

I am not saying my build is meta by any means, I want to know what other people use and WHY they use them in Ranked Feast.

On my melee:

Traits:
-Increase outgoing damage
-Reduced damage taken
-TP regen

Additional:
-Safeguard
-Bolt

On my MCH:

Traits: Increase outgoing damage
-Skill Speed increase
-TP regen

Additional:
-Bolt
-Recoup

I question whether I should keep recoup on my MCH, or sub it in for Safeguard, Purify, or Enliven for the TP (though I realize how risky it is to have this tool)
