Definitely backing this one up! More often than not, I've already used report to keep my healer sustained and it's not even halfway off cooldown when they really start needing it. I absolutely despise quick chat, but this is information I really need to convey in those crucial moments.

While I'm on the subject, Report only restoring 25% MP is simply not enough to warrant a 2 minute cooldown. (Especially knowing it used to be able to be enhanced to 40%)
