Lustrate being an ability and not a spell is the stupidest thing in the universe

Why in the world did they making a healer's main method of healing UNSILENCABLE was a good idea? WHM and AST get destroyed if they get silenced or have to burn big cooldowns just to save people/themselves.

Meanwhile, you silence a SCH and it DOESN'T AFFECT THEM AT ALL. SCH do not use physick, it's a near worthless spell, the vast majority of their healing is done through lustrate. Ask any top SCH player and they will likely tell you they use physick maybe once or twice per match They're the only healer that only has to worry about stuns interrupting them, knockbacks/unmend don't do anything because lustrate is instant and silences do nothing because lustrate is an ability.

Not making at least some INITIAL BALANCE CHANGES before the season when they had 2 months worth of matches to look at was a horrible, horrible mistake.

Yeah dealing with lustrate spam is ridiculous, especially if paired with DRK/ Pld between cover/blackest (though blackest is far better imo) adlo and then lustrate spamming, there's really not a lot that can be done.

But SCH don't have these 'big' cooldowns, which isn't exactly 'big', Essential Dignity is on 15 sec cooldown for example. Divine Bension is 20 sec, or 10 sec with 3 lilies, Assize and Bene recharge fast too. You can't silence them either. I still think WHM is superior healer because of more varied abilities (only WHM has heals, regens, shields and mitigation through Protect).

You force those abilities out, but you can't force anything out of a SCH. Lustrate is what they're going to do anyway, they don't need anything else. Once bene is on cooldown, and protect, WHMs and their party are vulnerable. SCH and their party are never vulnerable.

Oh and don't misunderstand, I think WHM is still a really good healer, but SCH is just way out of line.

It should say a lot about White Mage that they broke Scholar with an un-tested "nerf", and White Mage is still competitive with a functionally broken class. Scholar might be a little better, but if the change gets reverted (which it really should), WHM will need large nerfs to bring it in line with the other two.

wonder what they do for the broil next once ppl are still not happy after mana burn broil get nerfed. Next adlo is instant and cost no mana after broil? I think there is reason why sch broil is stronger than other healers damage ability compensate something that sch not have.

Just make broil getting an aetherstack have a duration resist like Whm's stone or Ast malefic.

You can tell by the ranks i know several healers that was not even top 100 last season that are allready platinum/diamond as Scholar right now, the class is op as fuck... Okay say i get a perfect silence on a scholar as a Ninja he doesnt give a fuck he can heal just fine anyway.

Scholar+Dark Knight makes anyone literally unkillable unless you can burst them for like twice their health over. It's hilariously frustrating and stupid.
