Moonfire Faire Rewards from Previous Years

I saw the following text on the Moonfire Faire Lodestone announcement:

"Certain items available during previous iterations of the event can be purchased via Moonfire Faire vendors."

I wasn't around for the previous years, so it'd be nice if I can grind out the rewards that I missed. However, I'm pretty sure I've checked every event vendor, but none of them are selling anything other than this year's rewards, fireworks, and fishing items.

Is there another vendor I haven't found? If not, isn't that text really misleading?

Those "certain items" are the fireworks.
