You last ability uses a lot of the gauge for 800 potency line attack for the first enemy hit. I use it when I can.

Basically you want to use a 3 Sen Hagakure while having between 40 and 65 Kenki, 65 is the threshold were you can use a 5th Shinten (Lv. 62 Skill), which costs 25 Kenki each. Ideally this means 40 Kenki -> Hagakure -> 100 Kenki -> 4x Shinten or Guren (Lv. 70 Skill) + 2x Shinten if Guren is off Cooldown
If neither Hagakure nor Guren are off Cooldown you use Kaiten + Midare
