New Static LFM for Omega

We're currently building a friendly static to raid two days a week for 3-4 hours (starting around 7ST give or take 30 minutes). We want to progress but we want it to be fun and enjoyable so while we want people who can focus we also want people who can take mistakes and make a joke about it to help everyone deal with it and try again. Out of raid you get your gear from weeklies, you deal with food (be it mats for someone else to craft, doing it yourself, or whatever - we can help with the crafting if you can do the mats for example), you watch a guide (but don't have to before a first attempt so you can enjoy it the first time blind if so inclined) and so on. Obviously "banter" will occur in a group like this so being able to handle that accordingly would probably be a good idea.

Voice wise, probably Discord: the social fun aspect needs to be a big part of this and having a laugh together as well as easy communication is essential for that.

We're currently a group of 4 or 5 people: an OT, melee dps, healer, possible rdps and a flexible, so we need the other 3/4 out of the pool of MT, MDPS, 2xRDPS and healer. The flexible guy prefers healing, then DPS if that helps/matters to you. Jobs other than WAR, DRG, BRD, SCH would be great.

Some of us have cleared the new tier up to Neo-Exdeath and have farmed them for several weeks. Personally, this week, I did it using Party Finder (as opposed to a static I was in) and found that extremely pleasant and quite easy with a group of 8 people who don't know each other. All 3 tiers cleared were in groups where a wipe was done (weirdly except O3S) and then jokes were made before a clearing second win - there was no negativity and everyone chatted and enjoyed it. I think that should be the foundation of this static, a natural fun time together that lets it all work.

We'll use a LS for the group in-game for people on Lich so there's no FC requirement (but one is available). Cross world is of course an option now too.
