1.20 destroyed the game again ?

So after being away for a month i come back to play some FFXIV and boom.
Wth happened?
Gameplay is so freaking slow ?
Got an archer lvl 50 and it takes 10 seconds to do 2 attacks?
Everytime you click light shot it says it can't be used right now..
Even though its cooldown is past ?

I like it that cure now heals descent. But wth is up with attacking ?
Heavy shot is gone multishot is gone.. So archer is.. useless now ?
The enemy attacks me twice before i can even shoot a second arrow.
Am i doing something wrong here or is it just that bad of a lag kind of gameplay now on the attacks ?

This has always been present in this game, it's due to the interface not properly keeping up due to being server side in nature.

Heavy shot is gone multishot is gone.. So archer is.. useless now ?

No, I'm pretty sure Archer is very useful.

You're doing something wrong ontop of the usual server latency problems, but it'd definitely no worse than it was before.

Archer is far from useless.

Why is it that if a class isn't OP everyone considers it useless? Classes have been completely redone, you need to learn your class again.

Yes, I also think that SE changes the gameplay a bit too often. But it can't be helped. The game is currently considered bad(by most people) and so it will change and change and change until people say it's good. Maybe someone should explain SE how to improve stuff instead of replacing it <.<
Back to topic: Archer is NOT broken. It's just not OP for soloing anymore. For solo LNC is OP now(like always) and for DD ARC and THM are OP(simply 'cause they don't need silly combos like the others).

Do you have arrows equipped?

Are you logged in?

Is your computer plugged in and turned on?
