[Suggestion] Add an option to "Eject all from house" in the housing menu

For whatever reason, you might want to remove everyone from your house (be it a FC house or personal house) either because someone has entered your house to be annoying or because you want to relinquish your plot of land to buy another one and you cannot do so because someone is standing AFK in your house.

As far as I know, it's enough to be in the garden. When i relinquished my last fc plot to move, a few memebers were still standing in the yard so it didn't work.

So I suggest an option in the housing menu that does the following:

-Begins a 60 second countdown, the start of which informs players that they will be ejected from the house and then continues warning them every 15 seconds (this is to allow anyone crafting inside the house a chance to finish up).

-After the countdown has ended, everyone inside the house, private chambers, plot, or workshop will be teleported to the entrance of the residential district (this is to ensure they don't simply walk back onto the plot after being ported outside).

There are a myriad of reasons you may want to empty your house of players (even AFK ones) and this would cover all of them.
