I think all major characters in FF14 have been in the brink of death already one way or another, and true yshtola has been there. Some of these characters will probably be with the WoL up until the end, and yshtola might be one of those.

Oh I haven't seen a Dissidia render for the Deplander, unless I've missed it. Maybe he can eventually be one of the 50, I hope so. But that would be a very long shot.
