Has the FFXIV team said anything in regards to this poor PvP feast problem?

I should not have to spend 6 days gaining and losing points to get back to my promotion and being disqualified from the promotion 4 times because of trolls that toss the game, horribly skilled players and people who have no idea what the hell to do in the feast. My gif is currently how I feel towards the team right now times 1000.

I understand, "more time" should grant you higher rank?! It is a competitive game mode. Everybody has these guys in their matches not just you. Feast starts practically with Platinum, everything before that is weird matchmaking. Make the best out of it, if you don't want to carry them you have already lost the match.

Sorry to say, it won't happen. This interview will regurgitate the philosophy behind the system redesign and probably mention the large influx of new pvp players.
