Running old raids

So, aside from being near impossible to get these to pop, are there any ways to recruit others aside from party finder for old raids (Weeping City of Mhach specifically)? I heard that raid roulette is coming in 4.1 but I kind of wanna run this before then.

Or does anyone know of any static on Aether that runs old raids and content consistently?

I tend to queue for the old raids with the regular Party Finder during the weekends for Wondrous Tails. It can take a little while sometimes, but usually I manage to get a group just fine.

Reason it's harder to pop the old 24 man raids is becuase it requires 3 times as many people as other old content to start. including 6 healers.

And while tanks are slightly more abundant than usual, healers are nowhere to be found half the time. Even I've stopped healing stuff as much now that AST is 70, unless I'm queueing with a friend.

I run a lot of tome farming with dps now even though i leveled two healers as mains on my alts. Not worth it to me to deal with DF and tanks who like to speed run everything. I will heal the content with FC and friends. Relative to the raids other than maybe wanting a clear, why would you need to run them now? I personally haven't revisited any of the content since xpac.

IIRC, didn't one of the Live Letters mention they were reworking(or wanted to) the Labyrinth to be 3 tanks instead of 6? I remember hearing something about it, but can't remember if it was hearsay or directly from the letter.

When raid roulette comes you'll have no problem getting in. Problem is #1 it's old content and #2 majority of us have run that stuff so many times and there is 0 incentive to go in atm.
