not getting the point... they have these things in for a reason, i know that and said that.. but why stop at just one? why then immediately afterwards allow someone to take a quest that can't actually be finished? they have checks in place to see you couldn't do the previous one. it is a simple matter of checking what quests are complete. regardless of how much i overleveled the MSQ line, there's no way i could go to a certain area unless progressing it. so why half-ass lock out checks?

it isn't a huge issue. i can just drop the quest and pick it back up again later. but there really is missing logic from it. they start a system and don't finish it. what is that? i just don't get it is all. no worries, though.
