When can we buy a second level boost?

This will never happen. RMTs don't buy things from the mogstation as it defeats the entire purpose. It's why Balmung and Gilgamesh had no RMTs anywhere long before they were locked. RMTs wouldn't pay for a transfer.

Shouldn't even be able to get one in my opinion. Then again I can toggle 7 kids and a 40 hour+ work week and still get it done. It's called time management.

Assuming this is true, which I have trouble believing, time management doesn't make leveling through the same content repeatedly any less painful the 6th or 7th or 8th time around.

Also assuming this is true, there is a point where you should probably stop, probably around the 2nd or 3rd one, I question how you even manage to sleep, much less work or play a video game.
