    suggestion: extreme primal drop items

Lately, I've come to face a problem while crafting a few new items for my house: I find it nearly impossible to get my hands on some of the extreme primal drop items, such as Fiend Sap, Expanse Baleen, etc. - the reason being simply, that they are not items from the chest but boss drops. It is easy enough to find an unsynched party to farm mounts, but chances are pretty low to find anyone willing to do a synched party for a low chance drop (unless you get some FC members drunk and farm it for the FCs house or something ;P .... ) and let's be honest, the only ppl in DF are those looking for a first kill, more often than not without a clue regarding any kind of strat.

Which brings me to my suggestion: could you not add those items to Bertana's selection of Uncanny Knickknacks in exchange for some of those Totems?

I like to see them allow them to be bought with the tome as well. 15 tomes for nq 40 for hq.

They can't be high quality, as the items they make are furniture and barding.

I'd rather see them still remain as they are. Harder items to get means higher price which means a low supply but high demand. So it's great for the MB. I know of some FC's which farm for these items just to make items / sell on the MB to pay for things for FC members or upgrading houses.

Having them available for such a low price would immediately negate any value these items have. Most of them can only be used to craft two or three items (a barding, a weapon, and some type of furnishing usually), cosmetic items at that, so it's okay if they remain hard to get. It should be the same method of drop across all primals though; that is, all of them should be dropped in the chest.

Please SE. Crash these markets. Let us farm these in bird farms and WT. Surely you couldn't have intended to create pocket markets for these items to be inflated to 5-15 million gil over what their HW value used to be...

Housing and glamour are pretty much the only money sinks in this game, so not everything from them should be cheap and easily obtainable - it's not good to let players just hang onto their money with nothing to spend it on. The items are much more expensive than they were in HW because nobody is running that content anymore. That's normal. They can adjust the rate at which they drop without making them ridiculously easy to obtain.

Money sink is when money goes out of circulation. Giving your money to another player does not remove gil. Buying a house removes gil. I would sooner trade with the 1mil gil cap to get a lower price than give it to the MB for large purchases.

The items are much more expensive because NOBODY WANTS TO DO SYNCED content. People still bird farm ALL the time, but because everyone does it unsynced, no drops get added to the market. You can't get the item because it's considered a monster drop. You can't get monster drops in unsynced.

This is a broken system. They need to allow unsync farms to drop the crafter mats.
