Weird Lag/Latency Issues

Been having a number of issues in the last few days - up until now, the game has been smooth as butter, minimal load times/etc.

Now...

• Will have random lag spikes, despite internet being fine.
• Latency will appear to be fine, but NPCs/etc won't load for a few moments after entering a town
• Load screens seem to be taking around 30/40 seconds.

I've reset my connection, flushed DNS, etc - and it's not the internet connection as my partner plays right beside me and doesn't have the same issues. :/
