I keep seeing this idea pop up, so gonna bold a correction here:

You need 2 votes to kick someone, and that's counting the person initiating it. You do not need 3 people to agree to kick someone from a 4-man dungeon. Same goes for 8-mans: 4 votes needed, again including the initiator. So in 4-man, 2 people can vote no and it still goes through. In 8-man, 4 people can vote no and it still goes through.
I had this happen before but say 5/8 people insist of doing a fight wrong, that leads to a wipe every time, how is the one person not in the premade harassing them in telling them how it is done, but the premade wants to keep failing? So you kick the one person trying to things properly on the grounds of harassment just because it goes against the majority?
