It's not that we were trying to speed the run, but rather the guy was playing counter to his job mechanics, was generally uncooperative, and had a bad attitude towards the rest of the group. No reason to carry someone with those qualities through a dungeon if we could just as easily go through it with just one or a replacement dps.
Ahh, Yeah, I would have kicked them too. That qualifies as being an asshat and a griefer.
